Shipping

In-stock orders are packed with care and sent via Australia Post within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order is on its way, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number.

Shipping options within Australia

• Free standard shipping on all orders of $250 or more
• Standard shipping: $10, delivered in 2 to 5 business days
• Express shipping: $12.99, delivered in 1 to 2 business days

Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and may vary during busy periods.

Returns and exchanges

We currently offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

What can be returned

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition you received them
• Items must be in their original packaging, with proof of purchase

What cannot be returned

• Opened or used items, for hygiene reasons
• All lash adhesives

How returns are processed

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process it within 2 weeks. Approved returns are issued as store credit or an exchange.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away and we will make it right. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
